RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: You must request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging and any tags still attached.
  • Non-Sale Items: All returns must be for full-priced items. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly written on the return package.
  2. Ship the Item: Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging and send them to the provided address using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, style, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, we will process your refund according to the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
